5. Exposure and Performance

LittleRiverSouthCarolina.com provides local exposure and brand visibility. However, no guarantees are made regarding:

• Website traffic volume

• Lead generation

• Sales results

• Search engine rankings

Advertising performance may vary based on market conditions and audience engagement.

6. Brand & Cross Promotion

If participating in cross-promotion or sponsorship:

• Advertiser may receive logo placement on LRSC marketing materials

• LRSC brand and website domain may appear on co-branded promotions

• Exposure may extend to affiliate local area websites for additional visibility

7. Cancellation

Either party may terminate this Agreement with ____ days written notice.

If canceled before the end of the agreed term:

8. Limitation of Liability

This Agreement represents the full understanding between both Parties and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.

Any changes must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
