Don’t miss the 20th Annual Little River ShrimpFest on Saturday, October 11th and Sunday, October 12th, 2025 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the Historic Little River Waterfront. Festival goers can expect to enjoy 2 stages of live music, stilt walkers, balloon artists, and more than 100 different vendors- including a variety of art and craft vendors, business expos, and community organizations. Shrimp and fresh local seafood will be served by the local waterfront restaurants and your festival food favorites will be available from a variety of talented food vendors. Fun for the whole family!

Ed’s Hurricane Hustle 5K & Expo – June 14, 2025

The 2025 Ed’s Hurricane Hustle & Expo will be held on the campus of Coastal Carolina University @ Blanton Park located along University Blvd, Conway, SC on Saturday, June 14, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This year’s Expo is being sponsored by ABC-15, Coastal Carolina University, The Myrtle Beach South Carolina Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints & JustServe. The primary focus of the Hurricane Expo is to improve hurricane preparedness, response, recovery and mitigation in order to save lives and property throughout the Grand Strand and surrounding areas. The Hurricane Expo will feature various Government agencies, non-profit organizations and vendors from the local area that specialize in hurricane preparedness, response, and recovery. ABC-15’s Chief Meteorologist Ed Piotrowski will serve as the guest speaker and will discuss the 2025 forecast as well as the impacts of historical storms in our area.
